60899 - Scroll bar doesn't show up in prefs box

In the preferences window (menu Edit -> Preferences...) on the 2000112108 linux
build, a scroll bar doesn't show up in the category section when necessary. With
the default window size, with Appearance, Navigator, Composer, Mail and
Newsgroups and Advanced expanded, the options require more room than is
available, but no scroll bar shows up. Sometimes one can be made to show up by
collapsing or expanding different options, but I haven't been able to come up
with a formula that always makes a scoll bar show up.

This isn't a critical problem, as all menu items can be reached by collapsing
other categories. But it should be fixed at some point.
