From time to time I can not publish anything or share a web page on my Facebook page or my friends. Restarting Firefox doen not help. Have to restart windows.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

@Tim Yes it does happen from time to time. It also happens on other sites that they do not visualise properly as if scripts do not finction such as cyberpressse.ca. Rebooting computer solves the problem.

@Tim No and I do not see the point, when this happen, it works with explorer.
It did not happen since a week or two. When it does I cannot add comments or suppress a message on my billboard or add a legend to my photos, but only with FF.
