Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 AskTbUT2V5/3.8.0.12304 Firefox/3.6.12 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

I have a lot of tabbed windows opened in Firefox, one of the windows has a pdf document opened inside the window. Tabbing (Ctrl+Tab) works only until I reach that tabbed window, once there Ctrl+Tab or reverse tabbing (Shift + Ctrl + Tab) do not work. If I manually click using mouse on any other window, Tabbing and Reverse Tabbing works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Few tabs and websites in it
2. Open a pdf file in one of the tabs : http://mba.tuck.dartmouth.edu/pages/faculty/robert.shumsky/Project_scheduling_note.pdf says 3rd tab of the total 7 tabs opened.
3. Use ctrl + tab from 1st opened tab to navigate between tabs.. Ctrl + Tab or Shift + Ctrl + Tab dont work when we are in the tab which has a pdf opened in it.
4. Click on the successive tab using mouse and Ctrl + Tab works fine there after.

Expected Results:
Tabbing should work fine no matter what document is opened in the tab window.
