Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Fennec with a new profile
2. Tap on the urlbar to open the awesome screen
3. Try to pan down
4. Try to pan up

Actual Results:
The stars in each awesome list row entry is not repainted for 1 - 1 1/2 seconds

Expected Results:
The stars are repainted immediately.
