I'm using Mozilla Build ID 2000112120 on a Compaq Armada laptop running Windows 98. One of the nicer features of this laptop is the EasyPoint IV scrolling device. By holding down a button and moving the pointing device, I can scroll through a document. This doesn't work with Mozilla. Presumably this is because Mozilla uses a non-standard scrollbar. I've seen several other reported bugs about scrolling, but not this specific one.
I think we do have one bug for touchpad scroll support.
