Details

I'm using Mozilla Build ID 2000112120. I have a Windows shortcut pointing to mozilla.exe. In the shortcut properties, I've set it to run maximized. When I select the shortcut, Mozilla opens in a normal window (though it is nearly a full-screen window). Even after I've maximized the Mozilla window, if I open a link in a new window, the new window is normal rather than maximized.
