Once we fix bug 607831, we'll no longer need the text-format symbols on the symbol server. As soon as we're confident that the deployment will stick, we should delete all the text-format symbols (and remove them from the symbol index files).

Let's not do this too eagerly... maybe archive the text-format symbols we have in case we discover some problem with the binary format.

Conveniently Google is converting all their symbols before we'll get around to it, so I have a fair bit of confidence in the results. I'm also open to whatever kind of verification we can do in bug 607831, such as processing the same sets of crashes in production (with the text symbols) and staging (with the converted binary symbols) and comparing the results.

I don't want to keep duplicate symbols around for too long, since it's going to eat up a lot of extra disk space.
