Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch
2.Wait
3.Wait…
Actual Results:
Launch. Restart computer. Launch.
Expected Results:
Wait. Get a cup of hot tea.
Launch and be ready to go in ~20 secs.

Please try http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
(that is for Firefox but the Seamonkey way is the same)
