610172 - When changing product, intermediary page gives invalid error about group being lost in transition

A user with just canconfirm+editbugs reported seeing the attached screenshot when trying to move a security bug in group core-security from one product to another. The user is not a member of the core-security group and was just CC'd to the bug. The group exists in both products, yet the verify bug group section of the product change intermediary page warns that the group will be lost in the transition from one product to another, which isn't true.

The error message is simply incorrect. Not a blocker (in the sense that I wouldn't block the next release due to this bug). But we will fix it for sure.
