I realized this is x86_64 so that could be the issue?

Updates for Windows x86_64 haven't been advertised consistently and I typically ping armenzg when they haven't been available for a while. Not sure why they aren't though.

I just checked and the reason is because it has not been able to compile. As you know Win 64-bit nightly builds are hidden on the tree and we don't yet fully support it in production.
