Bug 560643 had no tests when it went in, and there were bugs -- bug 604196 was one of them.  We need some tests in js/src/xpconnect/tests, even if they're not run by default (that should be fixed as well) for jsval in IDL.

Note that the quickstubbed case is tested by the indexeddb test code.

It can't possibly be, at least not fully -- in particular, return jsval params are entirely broken with quickstubs, see bug 604198.
