Use the word connect everywhere
For cross platform consistency, we need the button on the first screen of Sync setup that current reads "I have an account" to read "Connect" so that we can use the same textual description for setting up both PCs and devices running Fennec.
We won't know ahead of time what kind of device the user is trying to set up, and asking them introduces too much complexity into the process. With unified cross platform terminology, the type of device won't effect the strings that we use.
