User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101109 Firefox/4.0b8pre
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101109 Firefox/4.0b8pre
In Windows Seven with the Aero Basic theme or the Windows Classic theme, the button group in the top right corner does not react to clicks at the border of the screen when maximized.
This has the effect of not being able to perform the very common action of flinging the pointer into the upper right corner and clicking to close a maximized window.
Additionally, in the Classic theme, the button group seems to be misaligned horizontally as well, with no margin to the right of the close button compared to a native application.
(as a side note, it's not possible to doubleclick the upper left corner of the window either to close it, as the Minefield dropdown menu is in the way, but that's another bug)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the Windows theme to "Aero Basic" or "Windows Classic".
2. Maximize a Firefox window.
3. Move mouse to the top border above a button and perform a left click.
Actual Results:
Nothing happens. If the mouse is moved while the button is depressed, the window is moved like a drag was performed on the caption bar.
Expected Results:
If clicking above a button in the caption bar, it should perform the action the button represents. Compare it with the behaviour of any native application like Explorer or Notepad.
This bug occurs even if I have a fresh profile, without any customizations.
