611021 - Update config settings for topcrasher calls

This is a quick fix for Socorro so that Bug 611018 doesn't derail engineers.

Update all topcrasher calls so that they default to 7 days instead of 14 days.  This will allow newer versions to display properly on the product, product/version, and topcrasher landing pages.  

A fix is in progress.

Committing config setting change for the topcrasher controller.

When pushing to production, this will require that we update config/products.php to contain a value of:
$config['duration'] = 7;
