Vertical scrolling on various touchpads (ALPS, Synaptics) does not work using b7.

It sometimes work if you highlight text and then try to scroll.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any site
2. Try to scroll vertically using your touchpad

Actual Results:  
Vertical scrolling does not work

Expected Results:  
Vertical scrolling should work properly

I can't see this issue. 

I have tested against win XP with a DELL vostro 1400 model, ALPS touchpad. It's WFM

There's bug 605357 for ALPS and bug 594977 for Synaptics.
