Created attachment 489604 [details] Example of better grouping of text sections The spacing between items in an article makes it difficult to understand what things are grouped together. For example lists are farther apart from the lines before and after than are paragraphs making lists appear as if they are a completely different section. Also lists aren't indented. Lists are not the only problem so I'm attaching an example of what better grouping might look like. I just eyeballed this and certainly it could be better but I think spending some time on this will improve the readability and understandability of the articles.
Created attachment 489611 [details] Top of the article and TOC Here's another example from the top of the article. The intro paragraph is disconnected from the article title. Also the Table of Contents seems to be really spread out.

Thanks Ricky! I'd forgotten all about this bug.
Verified spacing looks a lot better for text under headers and numbered items

Created attachment 560330 [details] Margins around list inconsistent Probably a separate bug at this point, but I noticed that the new spacing around lists is a little inconsistent and crowded. It's great with the new indentation, but it's too close to the paragraph preceding the list.
