We need to add a link to the mobile landing page (/m/) for the beta page (/m/beta) Jason and Caitlin can suggest placement and copy, Alex will implement.

Some requirements have changed. The beta download button will be on the landing page. Since we're putting the beta download button there, we could remove /m/beta Jason and I will implement this.

Jason implemented this. en-US/m/ has a new design and new content. The localized pages have a new style, but we haven't changed any content there yet.
