After upgrading to 4.0b7 Firefox now gives the "Could not initialize the application's security component" error with one of my profiles. This profile worked (and works still) fine with 4.0b6.
This issue is reproducable using nightly builds on and after 9/27. Builds on and before 9/26 work fine.

This works again in 4.0b8
