Are you sure this a Firefox problem? I noticed no trouble when ALT + TAB, even going on with two monitors with different resolutions. Can you provide us a screenshot of the issue? Maybe then things would be more clear. I am sure this comes by interaction with some types of processes, just need to figure out what kind.
Please post the graphic section of about:support. Do you have the latest graphic card driver installed ? Does it work if you disable hardware acceleration under in options/advanced ?

When I use Firefox 4b6 everything is OK, but when I upgraded to b7 yesterday, the problem occurred.
I see, I guess we're all going to do some WOW and see what happens
That is very likely a driver bug and it doesn't make sense to "do some wow" unless you have the same intel card. Reporter: You failed to answer my last question from comment#2
So b7 is the first release to get D3D9 acceleration. I guess WOW must somehow mess with the state of D3D9 on that intel driver. Curious.

is this still seen in a current version of ff and drivers?

Closing since this was reported against 4b7, please re-open if it occurs with a current version.
