There is a limitation on the number of entries in a filter.
If you exceed that number you get an unintelligible message
that says "The filter cannot be saved
because some search terms are invalid in the current context".


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put "too many" filters in the list
2. Attempt to add another entry
3.
Actual Results:  
Error message: "The filter cannot be saved because some search terms are invalid in the current context"

Expected Results:  
An error message that says something like: "There are too many filters in the list, remove one or more before attempting to add additional filters".

Please remove the restrictions on the number of filters allowed.
