We support click-through in inactive windows now. That means that we shouldn't indicate that buttons are disabled when our window is inactive. I actually never implemented that in the main toolbars, but some other places has it.
The idea here is that if we have a toolbar that is not dark grey, we shouldn't change any bg-color in it when the window is inactive. We should also not have any disabled buttons/folders in the PT/link toolbar etc (which we currently have since I decrease the opacity on the whole toolbar).
