We changed all usages of nsIPSMComponent to nsISecurityManagerComponent awhile
back to address bug 18352. rpotts checkin to
netwerk/protocol/http/src/nsHTTPSHandler.cpp (rev. 1.6) regressed this again.
The fix is trivial. Patch coming up, can you please review?
