Details

With the implementation of Ideas/Suggestions, there will be some changes to the Input schema.  Namely, the field `positive` will be renamed to `type`.  The 3 values in the type field will be:
1 = Praise / Positive Feedback
2 = Issue / Negative Feedback
3 = Idea / Suggestion
