Adding sun tracking string
assigning to brade -- Kathy, this seems to work fine for me, can you check it out?

Changing this from Solaris/Sun to All/All (for OS/platform) since I can't get it working from Macintosh or Linux (on the menu or on the toolbar). This bug should probably go to Dan or Brian and probably will be dependent (or a duplicate?) on the bug for a UI makeover for the image map editor (#56673). Dan or Brian--please take this bug since I'll be going on maternity leave soon.
