The titlebar customization and addon compatibility aren't really "Options" so they should be made menuitems like the rest of NTT's features.

This patch puts the titlebar customization stuff into a Customize Titlebar window and puts Force Addon-Compatibility into a checkbox menuitem, removing the Options window entirely.
