Bug 610796's second changeset... http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/36905ac2cef2 ...is just a hack to get non-libxul builds to work. That changeset can be entirely reverted once we drop support for "--disable-libxul". Filing this bug to track that change.
