Details
In Italy there are some home banking sites that use the same structure (e.g. http://www.carive.it/ and http://www.bancodinapoli.it).
The login box in the top right corner ("IL TUO CONTO") is never displayed the first time you load the page, is displayed only after a refresh or reload the page pressing enter in the URL bar.

I forgot to tell that this is happening on a current nightly (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101116 Firefox/4.0b8pre) and has been reported on input.mozilla.com by users with beta7.
The "main" bank should be Intesa Sanpaolo
http://www.intesasanpaolo.com
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101121 Firefox/4.0b8pre
Able to reproduce. The login box on the top right corner is not displayed on loading the page for the first time and after reloading the page, it displays correctly.

I use Mandriva Linux Cooker version. With the last update from Firefox 3.6.6 to Firefox 4.0, when I connect to the bank "http://www.intesasanpaolo.com/scriptIbve/retail20/RetailIntesaSanpaolo/ita/serve_aiuto/ita_serve_aiuto.jsp" I don't see in the top right of the page the dialog box to login with:
User code, PIN code, OK code.
If I press F5 (reload page) the dialog-box appears and I can log.
Thanks
Bye bye

All reported sites work fine with Firefox 5 and later, I suppose we should close this bug.
