The additions I suggested earlier about accessibility and JavaScript features (weak tables, proxies, etc) will they be included now. 

(Is there a better way for me to contribute ideas like these than as comments on bugs...?)

This comes from buildPlatformImage() in includes/functions.inc.php. I'll leave that for someone in WebDev to fix as it is used many places :-)

Discussed this with Steven. The <noscript> version adds an extra <div> that creates this error, the JS version does not so we should remove it. But since it is already there, maybe it is to fix something.

I'll work on fixing this - I wouldn't let it block us though - the page renders fine.
