Add timestamp with link to twitter.com status permalink in reply window. The timestamp should appear above and to the right of the tweet text at the top of the reply window (same line as the username). The timestamp should be in relative time, eg: "4 minutes ago". Clicking the timestamp will open up a new tab with the twitter.com permalink to that status.
