User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.5.5 NET_mmhpset GTB7.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.5.5 NET_mmhpset GTB7.1 Anytime I go to https://login.verizonwireless.com/amserver/UI/Login and try to log in I am simply returned to that same login page. I've been able to log in for years in the past but suddenly Firefox refuses to let me log in. I have cleared the cache. cookies are enabled and have been totally removed and restored. I have NO problem doing the login with IE so I know it's Firefox issue. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to https://login.verizonwireless.com/amserver/UI/Login 2.try to log in 3. become frustrated Actual Results: Nothing happens. I stay on the login page and go no where! Expected Results: be taken to 'my verizon' home page just as I always have been.

I'm sorry but we are not the support and we can't help you with such issues. Please use http://support.mozilla.com a few things that you should try : - a stupid addon seems to have modified your useragent string. Please open about:config (enter as URL), enter "extra" in the top filter bar, right click on the entry general.useragent.extra.firefox and select reset. - clear the cookies - try http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode - try a creating a new profile http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles Please contact the guys at the support if you need further help
