613538 - Add-on manager search local by default is disappointing

STRs:

1) open about:addons
2) click on "Get Add-ons, see the web page"
3) figure, i know, i'm looking for jsonview
4) click in search field, type in json
5) no results found, wonder why

(and sometimes)
6) realize: uh, it's searching my local add-ons only!!
7) click on available add-ons
8) find the add-on I want, get on my merry way

5 & 6 is the problem -- It'd be really good if search results could integrate the add-ons I have installed.

at the very least, it seems that if I was in the "get add-ons" side-tab when i hit search, that search should do a remote search, not a local search.
