Visit pages within a frame, and pages will display as visited links during that session. After quit&restarting, browser no longer has history of those pages. History is retained for those pages that were displayed in new windows or tabs, but not any within a frameset.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open  page with frameset that has links in in one frame targeting the other frame(s).
2. click on those links that load within the frameset
2.5 option-click on one link to load into new tab/window
3. revisit main page to see pages were remembered in history.
4. quit firefox
5. launch firefox
6. revisit main frameset page
7. links visited within frameset not showing as visited, new tab loaded page shows as visited.
Actual Results:  
same thing every time. I lose track of pages visited unless I open them in a new window or tab, not navigate within the frame

Expected Results:  
any page visited should show links as visited.

impossible to keep track where you were on long sites built with frames. Frames my not be the new-age HTML coder means for disaplying information, but it is standard HTML, and Firefox 2.x handled this without any issue. 3.X has not worked correctly.

Preferences for History set correctly - default - Remember History.

similar, but this report is for the Mac version. Unnecessary? I dunno, but the Mac version has the problem and needs to be addressed.
