Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open incorrect ftp-link, for example ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/123456789/
Actual Results:
Window-modal alert "No such file or directory" appears.
Expected Results:
Alert should be tab-modal.

This is a dupe because it is inherently requesting to not block the window for an incorrect ftp link. The end-solution is in bug 157531 is better than just moving to new style prompts.
v. duplicate.
