When the Firefox app button is enabled (Menu Bar is hidden) and window of Firefox is maximized then a white highlight on the top of the title bar is missing. Using the default windows XP style.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Firefox app button
2. Maximize window
Actual Results:
The top of the title bar is different from the "normal" maximized title bar. The top is darker.
Expected Results:
Even the window is maximized the title bar should look same with and without the app button.
If the window is not maximized then the title bar looks the same with and without the app button.
On the left hand side is the title bar without the app button, on the the right hand side with the button.
