Using the default windows XP style. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enable Firefox app button 2. Maximize window Actual Results: The top of the title bar is different from the "normal" maximized title bar. The top is darker. Expected Results: Even the window is maximized the title bar should look same with and without the app button. If the window is not maximized then the title bar looks the same with and without the app button.
On the left hand side is the title bar without the app button, on the the right hand side with the button.
