61453 - [RFE] Option to display mail/news as is without Mozilla quote bar

Personally I find the "change bar" that mozilla uses to display the quoted part
of messages fairly annoying. I like seeing the ">" instead, especially since I
frequently get mail that has a quote character as the first character (bug 57397
reports on this).

I would very much like an option to turn off the changebar and put the ">" back
at the front of the line.

In my opinion this is a similar feature to the emoticons feature, so a button in
the "Message Display" dialog would be the logical place to turn this off.

This fix would probably also fix bug 57397 since its probably likely there is no
good way discriminate between the cases in that bug.
