Details
Users need to be able to reset their password. I'm not sure if email address, username, or either, is a better key here. We shouldn't actually change anything until they follow the link in the email to confirm and prove who they are.

Verified able to send reset password link using email address, password change not implemented until user fills in fields, verified unable to re-use password reset link, verified able to reset password.
