614680 - Remove all new tabs created by Sync

We would like all notifications related to Sync to be either ambient or user initiated.  Currently sync leverages several web sites that are proactively displayed in a new tab:

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/sync/firstrun.html
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/sync/secondrun.html
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/sync/updated.html

Sync should not be displaying these pages (and as a general rule, Firefox itself and other extensions should avoid creating new tabs that are not a response to a user action).

I believe these are all dead now.  updated.html still shows up in code, but filed bug 698087 to purge the method/consts (there are no consumers).
