614889 - Bookmarks folders count separators as items

Description

STR:

1) Note the count of total items within an existing bookmarks folder (in the Location column in the manager).
2) Create a separator in said folder.

AR: Item count increments by one.

ER: Separators aren't really "bookmarks", so they should not be counted.

Filing as UNCO for discussion, in case this is one of those "you're just crazy, Chris; shut up and deal with it" things.

They are bookmark items, though, and that's what we count (for better or for worse), and what we say we count (string is "NN items", not "NN bookmarks").  We also increment the count when a folder is inserted into a folder, so we're entirely consistent.

I think this is one of those things ;)  There are lots of real issues with separators, but this isn't one of them IMO, and we should WF (or INV, since it's working as expected) this bug.
