When opening the popup window,
It does not display buttons which has attribute which has class="chromeclass-toolbar-additional", and are set on Addon-bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set toolbar-buttons which has class "chromeclass-toolbar-additional" to Addon-bar.
2.Open the popup window.
Actual Results:  
It's not display set toolbar-buttons.

Which popup window are you referring to? The Customization Dialog?

The add-on bar was removed in Firefox 29.
