61504 - Problems with saving a file from envelope with a very long file name

***** observed with 2000-11-29 trunk build ****
Steps to reproduce:
- attach a file to your mail with a lomg name (for example notification from
Granrose about builds , the subject would read " build 2000-11-29-10 MTrunk
Win32 build complete");
- send mail and get it;
- click at the envelope;
- file name could not be diplsayed and when saving it's hard to guess the file
type unless you know it);
- so when this attachement is saved as a file saving is wrong and could not be
viewd properly
