BuildID: Mozilla 5.0/20001108
Webpages do not get displayed in the language of the highest priority even when
the webpage is available in the language of higher priority.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select the Edit->Preferences->Languages->Navigator menu item from the browser
windiw.
2.Click on add button to add any language (like Dutch) in the list. Select the
language and click on OK. Add some more languages (like Japanese, Korean) to the
list.
3.Visit any website like www.hotmail.com for which pages are available in the
languages listed above.
Actual Results: The page appears in English and not in the language of the
highest priority.
Expected Results: The page should appear in the language of the highest
priority given in Preferences window.

Marking NEW to get it off our radar and get someone to look at it.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
This doesn't belong to preferences. Let's try intl. Please redirect
appropriately.

This is working fine with 6.0 (I tried French, I didn't find Dutch in hotmail site).

Works fine now. The defect was raised with 'Dutch' as the highest priority
language for www.hotmail.com. But there is no Dutch there; only
'Deutsch'(German) is present.
