Details
Now that XP apps can be created with custom titlebars (and suppress the
default system titlebar), this allows specific window closing routines to be
invoked.
There is however a small residual problem with the system menu.
Currently under Windows, a right click on the task bar will display the system
menu and allows the application to be closed outside or program control
I understand there is a windows SDK function that can remove the system menu
from an application. Could this be implemented with a new XUL window attribute
such as SYSTEMMENU='NO'
