Two or more Address book with the same names can be created.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Browser Address Book window.
2.CLick on File->New->Address Book
3.Enter a Address book name.
4.Click on File->New->Address Book
5.Enter a Duplicate name for the Address Book.

Actual Results:  Two AddressBooks with the same name are created.

Expected Results:  Trying to create an address book with a duplicate name should 
give a
message saying"You alreay have an address book or directory with this 
name.Please enter a different name".
