It would be convenient for the reftest framework to emit all test failures per its manifest grammar at the end of runs.  The goal is the ability to copy and paste a manifest from a failed tryserver run or similar to quickly run the tests locally.  I'm not which directory the test files should be listed relative to; simplest is probably $(srcdir) and then require devs to load the manifests from $(srcdir).
I still think this would be cool.
