We need a new repository called "services-misc" in services that will be used for generic build scripts and any other script that does not fit in the other repositories.
How is this different from admin-scripts?
admin-scripts is specifically for cleanup and functional scripts on the production server. Misc would be for storing random other things.
not sure I can completely articulate the difference here, but ok. a=me
admin-scripts is used by our Ops, services-misc will be used by anyone in the community who works with one of our Python project. The first script I am adding there is a bootstrap script our Makefiles will use to build a project and its dependencies. That way, we don't duplicate it in all repos.
services-misc created under the scm_level_2 group
