In this test: http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20100917/html4/page-break-before-010.htm there's a negative bottom margin on an element whose bottom border edge is exactly at the end of the page. This causes the following content to disappear, since we seem to end up applying the negative margin at the top of the next page, which seems wrong. (I think the spec offers the option of not applying margins at all there, negative or positive.)

Hello, I get expected results (both in print preview and in printed pages) with Firefox 21 (build ID: 20130512193902), under Linux KDE 4.10.4 (Kubuntu 13.04), i686 (32bits): 4 pages of output and respective lines A to F are printed accordingly. WORKSFORME
