Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open some tabs 2. Open a tab with a PDF file (http://www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/consumer_leaflets/credit/oft144.pdf) 3. Try navigating among Tabs through keyboard (using ctrl+Page Up OR ctrl+Page Down) Actual Results: The focus is lost to the PDF file. Unable to navigate among tabs through keyboard. Expected Results: Navigation among the tabs, through the keyboard should be smooth, irrespective of the type of file opened in the Browser.
