User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b7) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b7

I've observed the following behavior while editing a wiki page at Assembla (http://www.assembla.com/).
When you try to edit an existing wiki page, the editor shows the original content of the page replicated several times in the editor. Then if you save the page without any manual change, you’ll see your page with replicated content. So, your page will be corrupted. This behavior is undesirable and it’s seems to be a bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a wiki page in Assembla.
2. Put some stuff on it and save it.
3. Select the edit view in order to modify the content of the wiki page.

Actual Results:
You'll see the original content replicated several times. If you save the wiki page, it´ll be permanently corrupted.

Expected Results:
The Editor should show the original content of the wiki page without any replication or alteration of its original content.

I could not reproduce this issue in Mozilla Firefox 3.6.12 nor Google Chrome 7.0.517.44 (on Windows XP SP3). So it seems to be a Firefox 4's bug.

The site is using TinyMCE editor.

It works fine for me using Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/4.0b8pre

Gabriel, can you reproduce the problem in Firefox Safe Mode?

Ehsan, I've seen this "content doubling when editing wiki" reported
a few times lately. It appears to be a recent regression.
I think we need to look into this before we ship.
I'll try to dig up the other reports...

bug 613527, bug 608566, the latter was resolved because the site did
a workaround or updated TinyMCE version perhaps?

Yes, the problem still remains in Safe Mode for me.
Works for me using: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101206 Firefox/4.0b8pre
Reproduced it once in:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101201 Firefox/4.0b8pre
then after I updated to 20101205 I can't reproduce it anymore.

Gabriel, can you test the latest nightly build please:

I can´t reproduce it anymore, even in Safe Mode. :)
Push log between the bad and good builds in comment 9:

Nothing stands out to me...
Actually, bug 616394 that roc mentioned is in that range.
Resolving as it can't be reproduced in the latest nightly build.
Please reopen the bug report if it occurs again.
