Telnet protocol is not a registered protocol with the browser.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a telnet site in the URL for eg:telnet://zircon.austin.ibm.com
2.Press enter.

Actual Results:  It shows a dialog box saying "Telnet is not a registered 
protocol with the browser".

Expected Results:   An window should open with the title "telent.exe", and 
should contain a logon prompt.
But telnet is now included with Mozilla and shouldn't be. Mozilla is a 
webbrowser. Not a multipurpose thingy...:)
Mozilla could/should ask the user to specify the path your your existing telnet 
application.
