Similar to bug 606397, we should filter out tweets from @MilaPrila. The account basically sends spam tweets each day that include the word Firefox. None of these should be responded to by users, so they are just adding noise to the tweet list.

Fred, let's make this a P1 on our bugs/tweaks list. Thanks!

Rather than filtering out one (more) twitter account, can we refactor this to create a list of ignored users we can update in the settings?

I think that's a great approach. If we're able to refactor it for 2.3.2, let's do it. If not, let's filter out this twitter account like the others and then refactor for our next release.
